Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
We love rewarding our regular guests! Please note the following for our Reward Points Program:
- Points Earning – Earn 1 point for every $1 spent and 20 points on a Review before tax on eligible services.
- Redemption – Once you reach 600 points, you’ll receive 25% off your next visit.
- Cardholder Only – Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the guest registered in our system.
- Not Combinable – Cannot be used with other promotions, discounts, or gift cards.
- Valid Services – Applies to regular-priced nail and spa services only. Retail products are excluded.
- One Discount Per Visit – Only one reward redemption can be used per transaction.
Refund Policy
At PINK NAIL SPA & BEAUTY, we strive to provide every guest with high-quality service and care.
- Services – All services performed are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us during your visit or within 24 hours so that we may make the necessary corrections.
- Gift Cards – Gift card purchases are final sale. They are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
- Retail Products – Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
- Prepaid Packages or Promotions – These are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service of equal value.
- Deposits – Any deposit paid for appointments is non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given.
Right to Refuse Service
At PINK NAIL SPA & BEAUTY, the comfort, safety, and respect of our clients and staff are our top priorities. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive. This policy is in place to maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Rude, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests.
- Improper conduct or actions that make others feel uncomfortable.
- Unsanitary conditions, contagious illnesses, or open wounds.
- Drug, alcohol, or substance influence that may affect safety.
- Failure to follow salon policies or instructions from staff.
PRICING & PROMOTIONS
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, or gift cards.
- All services and promotions apply to regular-priced nail and spa services only, unless otherwise stated.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At PINK NAIL SPA & BEAUTY, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our appointment policies:
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. With proper notice, deposits may be applied toward rescheduled appointments.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. In some cases, your appointment may be considered a no-show if it significantly delays the next guest.
- No-Show Appointments: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be marked as a No-Show. After the first no-show without notice and if we cannot reach you, future appointments will be treated as walk-in only on a first-come, first-served basis, with no guarantee for your requested technician. Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future bookings.
- Deposits & Multiple No-Shows: Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable. Guests with more than two no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
